Get started in five easy steps

Step 1 - Introductory Phone Call

During this 15-minute introductory phone call, we'll explain who we are and what we do for our clients. We'll make sure your unique situation matches our expertise. If we seem to be a good fit, then we can move on to STEP 2. If not, we can try to send you on your way armed with information or guidance that can help you. To book the 15 min call, view the calendar to right and find a time that works for you.

Step 2 - FIRST OFFICE / VIRTUAL MEETING

The goal of this 60-minute meeting is to get to know you and get clear on your financial goals, needs & concerns. There is no cost for this meeting. However, to make this meeting as productive as possible, we require a confidential financial questionnaire to be filled out and sent to us prior to the meeting. At the conclusion of this meeting, we will ask if you would like us to put together a “Roadmap to Financial Clarity” for you. This is a customized plan to assist you in accomplishing your goals. Step 3 -THINK ABOUT IT

If you want to take a day or a week to process what we discussed and formulate more questions, that is absolutely fine. We want to help you make an informed decision and not feel any pressure. Deciding to work together is a 2-way street.

Step 4 - REVIEW

Once you are comfortable with the idea of working with us, we as a collective team will develop your “Roadmap to Financial Clarity”. This is a step-by-step plan that leverages our decades of experience, without you needing to be present, to lay out what the next steps need to be. This is a clear and easy-to-follow process. Step 5 - IMPLEMENT

Here is where we get to work implementing all the steps we recommended above. A lot of this can be completed electronically or in person whichever is more convenient. It normally involves helping you set up the necessary accounts, move your investments under our care, review your investments that can’t move to us and offering guidance on them, discussing your insurance coverage, reviewing your budget, taxes, assets and liabilities and the list goes on. In some situations, more complex financial situations may take longer.
