Introductory Phone Call

This 15-minute phone call is a simple starting point.

We’ll share who we are, how we serve our clients, and learn a bit about what prompted you to reach out. The goal is to see if your situation aligns with our expertise.

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll move on to Step 2. If not, we’ll point you in the right direction and make sure you leave with helpful guidance.

Step 2

FIRST OFFICE / VIRTUAL MEETING

This 60-minute meeting is all about you.

We’ll take time to understand your goals, concerns, and what financial clarity looks like in your life. There is no cost for this meeting.

To make our time together productive, we ask that you complete a confidential financial questionnaire beforehand. This allows us to focus on meaningful conversation instead of paperwork.

At the end of the meeting, we’ll ask if you’d like us to create your personalized Roadmap to Financial Clarity — a customized plan designed to help you move forward with confidence.

There is absolutely no pressure. If you’d like time to think things over, that’s completely fine. We want you to feel comfortable every step of the way.

THINK ABOUT IT

Big financial decisions deserve thoughtful consideration.

Whether you need a day, a week, or a little longer, we encourage you to take the time you need. Choosing to work together is a two-way relationship, and it should feel right for everyone involved.

Once you decide to move forward, our team develops your customized Roadmap to Financial Clarity.

This step-by-step framework outlines the strategies and recommendations designed to help you reach your goals. It reflects our collective experience and thoughtful planning behind the scenes, so you don’t have to navigate it alone.

IMPLEMENT

Now we put the plan into action.

Implementation may include opening accounts, transferring assets under our care, coordinating with other professionals, reviewing investments that remain elsewhere, evaluating insurance coverage, discussing taxes, cash flow, estate considerations, and more.

Much of this can be handled electronically, though we’re always happy to meet in person if you prefer.

Every situation is unique. Some plans are straightforward, others more complex. Either way, we guide you through each step so you always know what’s happening and why.
