Hayley Newman is a Financial Advisor with Ross Financial, where she has been helping clients navigate their financial lives since 2019. She graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and her passion for helping people and understanding what motivates their decisions naturally led her to a career in financial planning.
Hayley believes that financial planning is about more than numbers—it’s about understanding each client’s goals, priorities, and unique circumstances and helping them make confident decisions about their financial future. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients and providing thoughtful guidance as they navigate the many financial decisions that come with each stage of life.
She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and recently earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification, a milestone that reflects her commitment to serving clients at the highest level.
Originally from Mill Creek, Washington, Hayley now lives in Edmonds. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and watching the Seattle Seahawks.
