Rob Brown serves as a Strategic Operating Partner with Ross Financial, working alongside Matt and the team to support the firm’s growth, leadership development, and commitment to delivering an extraordinary client experience.
Rob has spent over 30 years in financial services and leadership, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of a regional investment firm. He now works with a small number of highly selected advisory firms across the country, helping them grow with greater clarity, structure, and purpose. He is also the author of Delivering the Ultimate Client Experience and the Truest Fan series.
Rob lives in Virginia with his wife Lori and enjoys spending time with his adult daughters and grandchildren, coaching, writing, and being involved in his local church and prison ministry.
